Mistletoe Season by Sheila Roberts, Kathleen Fuller, and Pepper Basham

Mistletoe Season is a compilation of three Christmas novellas that will warm your heart this year. Say No to Mistletoe by Sheila Roberts, Return to Mistletoe by Kathleen Fuller, and The Mistletoe Prince by Pepper Basham were all enjoyable reads for me.

Return to Mistletoe is the first story in this book. Emmy Banks lives in Mistletoe, Missouri and runs an antique and coffee shop. Kieran O'Neill has just returned to Mistletoe following years abroad in Ireland. Emmy is his sister's best friend and he was Emmy's prom date years ago. Can they rekindle a friendship--or something more?

A Mistletoe Prince by Pepper Basham is the second story. I'm not going to lie. I enjoyed Basham's Skymar series a whole lot so I was thrilled to get more of that story-line. In this one, Princess Ellie's brother, Prince Arran St. Claire is sent to Ransom, North Carolina for three months of rehabilitative work with Ellie's husband, Luke. Even before he works with Luke and Charlie, he meets Charlie (a girl) under some difficult, and somewhat humorous circumstances. Can he and Charlie work together after that?

Say No to Mistletoe is the third story. Hailey Fairchild does not like mistletoe at all. In her mind, it is kryptonite and leads to disaster and not love. Carwyn is her hunky neighbor and mistletoe abounds. Can she avoid it and avoid a love disaster, or will her luck change?

I really enjoyed all three of these stories. I love HEA Christmas novellas. They are good any time of year, in my mind, when you need a bit of hope and cheer. These all offer that. I had not read Sheila Roberts before so was glad to try that new to me author and I enjoyed her story. I also enjoyed Kathleen Fuller's novella and was cheered with the festive atmosphere in the story along with the growing romance. I did especially love Basham's story because I was already invested in that series. I also liked the humor and the spiritual aspects of that story. All in all, Mistletoe Season was an enjoyable read for me.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher and authors through Dorothy Pump Up Your Book. All opinions within this review are my own.
