I think this is nice because you can quickly go back and see these ideas and share them with your spouse and put what you learned into practice.

I found The Mediterranean Love Plan to have some good ideas in it to enhance my own marriage. I also thought there were some ideas I already knew but it was good to have a refresher since I don't always implement what I know as much as I could. I think this book could be helpful to newly married couples as well as those who have been married quite awhile who need some new ideas to refresh their love life together. It could be a nice wedding gift, shower gift, or anniversary gift. . .or a gift to yourselves to read on vacation and spice up you lives when you are more relaxed and open to new ideas.
